Harvest Acres, LLC

Welcome to Harvest Acres, a small family farm on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. We produce a limited quantity of farm fresh eggs, heritage meats and raw (unpasteurized) goat or cow milk through our herd share program.

As of January 2022 our milk share program is temporarily on hold. We hope to begin offering shares again in the near future.

Philosophy

We strive for an environmentally friendly existence and try to limit our impact by composting, recycling, re-purposing and purchasing locally and second hand.  To reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, we drive a hybrid delivery vehicles, a farm truck powered with bio-fuel, buy locally grown fruits and vegetables through CSA, and raise own livestock for milk, meat and eggs. Our animals are a pleasure and a blessing and are treated with kindness throughout their lives.
